We provide a variety of glamping accommodation here in Somerset at Woodland Escape for your short break or long holiday, you can choose from a four person Bell tent, our Canvas Lodge that has 'rooms' and can sleep up to six, or a spacious Stargazer Yurt. With packages to suit any budget, we make it possible for everyone to go glamping!

We provide 3 types of glamping holidays here in Somerset.
1. Deluxe Glamping Packages: For those that wish to arrive to a bedroom under canvas ready and waiting we have.
2.Classic Glamping Packages: For those who wish to bring their home comforts such as bedding & towels we have. 
3. Saver Glamping Packages: For experienced campers with their own equipment, there is no need for us to charge you to use ours.

In 2019 we are offering guests the chance to save money by requesting our Deluxe Glamping packages. These packages come complete with bed linen for all beds, towels for each guest, a cereal basket with tea & coffee plus logs, kindling, charcoal & firelighters and even marshmallows for roasting.

New for 2019, our Deluxe Bell tents are a canvas bedroom ready for you to walk in. Our Bell tents can sleep up to 4 people. In addition to everything included in our Classic Bell tents, the Deluxe Bell tent package includes:
  • Bed linen for your party (1 x double with 4 pillows, 2 x singles each with 2 pillows, duvets, all with Egyptian Cotton sheets)
  • Towel set for every guest
    (facecloth, hand towel & bath towel)
  • A set of logs and kindling for the fire
  • A set of charcoal and fire lighters for BBQs
  • Cereal basket with tea and coffee
  • A packet of marshmallows to toast

Further extras such as newspaper delivery or bunting hire can also be provided on request. One night glamping breaks are available with a single night supplement of £25 per guest. For those who would prefer to choose only a certain few luxury items, guests can always book any extra services separately prior to arrival with a Classic or Saver booking.

Classic Yurt glamping prices per night:

Woodland Yurt glamping is brilliant all year round. Nestled between the trees you can lie in bed & look up at the stars through the transparent roof-light whilst still having amenities such as double bed, futon sofa beds, cool box & solar light. Our Yurts can accommodate up to 4 people as standard with a double bed and two single futon beds - on request we can provide an additional futon sofa bed in order to accommodate 5 people in one Yurt, simply let us know.

Our woodland Bell tents are a true representation of glamping; mixing both camping & glamour. Each Bell tent accommodates four and comes complete with a double bed, two single futon sofabeds, solar lighting, cutlery, crockery and a cool box for food storage. Outside every Classic Bell tent there is a fire pit, picnic table, gas stove and BBQ.

  • Bed linen is available (now with Egyptian Cotton under-sheets)

Classic Canvas Lodge glamping prices per night:

Our Canvas Lodge with separate 'rooms' features a deck, dining area, lounge area, master 'bedroom' and children's 'bedroom'. There is even a double sofa bed in the lounge area so the Canvas Lodge can sleep up to 6 people. Includes all of the glamping staples found in our Classic Bell tents including cutlery, crockery, rugs and solar lights. The Canvas Lodge is the ideal glamping accommodation for families of 6 and groups of four or more people.

As a family business we understand the importance of being able to get away on a budget, as such for 2019 we have introduced the new Saver glamping packages to offer even more affordable glamping. In order to provide the savings, our traditional breakfast basket and also the outdoor cooking equipment isn't provided.

Saver Yurt glamping prices per night:

Saver Glamping packages are the ideal choice for the experienced camper looking to get an authentic off-grid woodland camping experience without having to pitch a tent. We do not compromise the accommodation interiors to provide value for the Saver packages, to this end guests are instead given the option to provide their own outdoor cooking facilities such as a camping stove, fire pit and barbecue. These items can be hired individually with our Saver packages, giving you control of your glamping budget.

Hot Tub Glamping

To make your stay extra relaxing, you can book exclusive access to our woodland hot tub! Our wood-fired glamping hot tub is the perfect end to a day out, or the ideal start to a day in, with enough space for 5 people to comfortably relax, even groups can make good use of our hot tub in the woods.

For our guests convenience we provide complimentary dressing gowns, towels & flip-flops on arrival for you to use for the duration of your hot tub hire.
